Now that we’ve had some time to adjust to the jet lag and reflect on our trip I thought I’d post a few pics. Although we were in Manchester specifically for the Coldplay concert [which was incredible], I must say – the English people are wonderful and I wish I’d had more time to spend in their country. Not only a beautiful place, but beautiful people as well. Manchester is well known for being a Christmas shopping destination and we met several people from other parts of the country who were there just for that purpose. We were amazed at how social they are and how fashionable as well. They dress up to shop! No jeans and hoodies – guys and ladies alike both take great care in choosing their wardrobe before heading out for a day of browsing and shopping and, in fact, many women pulled roller boards for their purchases!
